Keto Pots De Creme

Ingredients:
- 3 large avocados, skin and pits removed
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 2.5 ounces 100% dark chocolate, melted
- Small pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Optional garnishes: Raw nuts, whipped coconut cream
Instructions:
- In a food processor, add all ingredients except garnishes. Process pot de creme base until smooth and no chunks of avocado remain.
- Spoon chocolate paste into small bowls or ramekins. Garnish and enjoy right away for a smoother, more pudding-like texture, or refrigerate for at least 2 hours for a thicker mousse-like texture.
