Ingredients
- ½ avocado (or 1/4 large avocado) frozen with skin and pit removed
- 4 oz Bulletproof Original Coffee brewed and frozen into cubes
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- ½ tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ½ cup ice (in addition to cold brew cubes)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend, starting on a low speed and working your way up.
- Garnish, if desired, and serve.
