Ingredients

  • 5 oz pasture turkey breast (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup roasted brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup roasted turnips
  • 1/4 cup roasted carrots
  • 3 tbsp leftover gluten-free gravy (Use Creamy Paleo Onion Gravy recipe)
  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (pureed)
  • fresh herbs for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 320°F.
  • Spoon the veggie puree onto the plate.
  • Place the sliced chicken or turkey breast onto the plate, along with your roasted veggie mixture.
  • Place the oven-safe plate into the oven to reheat for 15-20 minutes.
  • When it's ready, carefully remove the plate with an oven mitt.
  • Garnish with gravy and a sprinkle of fresh herbs to complete this easy holiday leftover recipe.
