What do you do with that fridge full of post-party platters? This holiday leftover recipe is a great way to repurpose those ingredients.

Ingredients
- 5 oz pasture turkey breast (sliced)
- 1/4 cup roasted brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup roasted turnips
- 1/4 cup roasted carrots
- 3 tbsp leftover gluten-free gravy (Use Creamy Paleo Onion Gravy recipe)
- 1/2 cup sweet potatoes (pureed)
- fresh herbs for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320°F.
- Spoon the veggie puree onto the plate.
- Place the sliced chicken or turkey breast onto the plate, along with your roasted veggie mixture.
- Place the oven-safe plate into the oven to reheat for 15-20 minutes.
- When it's ready, carefully remove the plate with an oven mitt.
- Garnish with gravy and a sprinkle of fresh herbs to complete this easy holiday leftover recipe.
