Orange Dill Compound Butter (or Ghee)
Orange dill compound butter makes a bright, aromatic, and savory spread perfect for finishing roasted vegetables and proteins.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Bulletproof Grass-Fed Ghee or grass-fed butter
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tbsp organic orange zest
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Add ghee or butter to a glass mason jar, and screw the lid on loosely.
- Place the mason jar in the water, making sure that it does not turn over or get submerged.
- Let the fat melt until it is fully liquified.
- Add remaining ingredients to the ghee, and carefully remove it from the pot.
- Allow ghee to cool until it is partially solidified.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
