Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Bulletproof Collagelatin
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 tbsp cacao butter (melted)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract (or 2 tsp vanilla powder)
  • 3 tbsp granulated monk fruit-erythritol blend (or 20 drops liquid stevia)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix Collagelatin and water and set aside for a few minutes.
  • In a saucepan on low heat, add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until incorporated.
  • Add the gelatin, and stir until it has dissolved and all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Place the mixture in your blender and turn it on to a low speed for 10-15 seconds to combine.
  • Allow mixture to cool slightly, then pour into your choice of silicone molds.
  • Place molds in the fridge for about an hour or until firm.
