Keto White Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Collagelatin
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons cacao butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract, or 2 teaspoons vanilla powder
  • 3 tablespoons MitoSweet or granulated monk fruit sweetener, or 20 drops liquid stevia

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix gelatin and water and set aside for a few minutes.
  2. In a saucepan on low heat, add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until incorporated.
  3. Add the gelatin, and stir until the gelatin has dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.
  4. If the cacao butter does not fully incorporate into the mixture, whisk well until it emulsifies or place the mixture in your blender and turn it on to a low speed for 3-5 seconds to combine.
  5. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then pour into your choice of silicone molds.
  6. Place molds in the fridge for about an hour or until firm.
