MCT Oil Salad Dressings: Creamy Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Brain Octane MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • A small handful of fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Use immediately, or store in the fridge.
