  • The interview with Tim Ferriss was my favorite, too. I loved his lines about there being “no biological free lunch” and that time spent in an artificially obtained state of peak brain performance has “pay back time” later. I know I’ll be in the minority here but I’m appalled at how people take brain-altering substances willy-nilly with little consideration of what they are really doing to the 3 pound jelly-like mass of cells running their life.
