    I bought your book and have read it through. I have been using bulletproof coffee and Brain Octane for about a year. However I need to lose 60 more lbs. I read in the book that someone with weight to lose, female and a senior should add 25 to 30 grams protein to their coffee. I received my bulletproof collagen protein today. The bag says 1 tb is a serving, however, should I use 4 tbs in my bulletproof coffee?

      It’s been noted, mary, that this collagen is somewhat susceptible to heat damage. At the very least, it should be added after the coffee, butter, and Brain Octane have been fully blended. Even at that, it should also be mixed in gently. I feel my investment is better protected by simply mixing the collagen with room temp water. 4 tbs of collagen should be fine as long as your stomach tolerates it. I haven’t personally had any tolerance issues with 8tbs nor have I heard of intolerance issues with anyone else. Your mileage may vary.
