I just bought her book, I feel like I know the majority of everything she is going to say. I had toxic mold illness as well, I had to uproot my life and move three states away to go through the same detox regimen that I’ve heard her speak of. After that I switched to Schumaker protocol which I actually found to be more effective than the PK. Anyway, I’m back home now in a new place free of mold with none of my things and all is well except for the basketball stomach which she speaks of. I have a hard time dropping the sugar. My blood type gravitates more towards fruit. I have tried to switch over to the bulletproof way but I always find my way back to fruit. I feel so dehydrated when I don’t eat fruit and I feel like I have like blood sugar issues on the more keto dieting. Maybe it’s just what you guys said and I’m giving into the bug’s cravings- I’m not sure. It just feels very wrong to me to cut out fruit. But I want to rid the basketball more than anything so I guess I’m going to give it another try. I really appreciate this channel and this interview. I am sharing it on my page.
Any tips or encouragement for someone like me who is scared to let go of the fruit?
