Dave, do you know (or know where one can find) pricing information for further sessions beyond the first 300 the NeurOptimal Personal Trainer Bundle comes with?

    • ???ds? ???p

Additional sessions are $10 each. (100 sessions for $1000). This is the cheapest I’ve ever found for something that works. 🙂

  • Julia

Dave, I understand that you have had a bit of meditation experience but can you explain how you know what “40 years of Zen” would actually feel like? Thanks.

  • Hyde Tittlebutter

Dave you missed a few “Ums”. I clapped for you.

    • abright

Ha! Thanks. 🙂 How many total? I know there were at least 2!

  • Vincent

Do you if it is possible to get rid of bone spurs without surgery. I have one on the back of my heel that digs into my achilles tendon. My doctor says surgery is the only option.

  • Jesper E

Haha, thanks for the answer! I’m definitely not a vegetarian in any way. It just seemed to me that many spiritual and energetic masters were, and I believe that it is important sometimes to play the devils advocate to force another persepctive and ensure an objective conclusion – which I believe I got.

I have another question though. Do you have any experience with image-streaming from Win Wenger or stimulating the amygdala from Neil Slade? I would really like your opinion! Thanks.

Excited to hear more about your experience with the Earth Pulse, been using one for a year and a half now.

I usually sleep in Recover mode directly under the pillow unless I feel insomnia kicking in. At that point I will switch to Sleep 4 and it helps me fall sleep in a few minutes (sleep 4 leaves me a bit groggy in the morning upon wakening however and has also caused episodes of sleep paralysis).

I am interested to hear your uses both for sleep and for other purposes (maybe useful to expedite transitioning to alpha/delta states in meditation, using acutely on the body with the cross polarity ring, etc?)

Thanks for all of the knowledge!

Dave. Can you say more about the upgraded Vanilla? What are the nutritional specs? Servings/sugars/calories/fats – if any? Thanks.

  • Bane Biz

Ayo Dave! I was wondering what your thoughts are about neuro-linguistic programming. Personally, I found that it was the single most important bio-hack for me. I’m almost positive I would not have even found out about yourself and the whole bulletproof bio-hacking concept without it. btw, I’ve already dropped over 40 lbs. and started the bulletptoof diet 5 weeks ago 🙂 Thanks again broham.

  • I finally made some Get Some Ice Cream for my wife… That stuff needs a serious warning label. She loved it, but got really sick (bad stomach ache) and had to purge herself a few hours later (she hasn’t thrown up in 6 years). Just way too much fat I assume. 😉

    • Gerald McLand

sounds like your wife needs some digestive enzymes

      • Bulletproof Libertarian

Probably, she just needs to get used to a high-fat diet (needs more bile). Digestive enzymes are a good short-term solution h/e.

  • Bulletproof Libertarian

    2 podcasts per week?! Awesome!!

  • Mitch Cumstein

when will activated coconut charcoal be available ?

  • Alden

Don’t be offended Dave but how about a reminder every time you say LIKE because you can sound like a valley girl sometimes.

    • therealjeaniebeanie

I suggest that if Dave gets to clap for every “Um” Alexis utters, she gets to slap him whenever he mentions his wife is “a Karolinska-trained physician.”

  • Greg

    Dave and Alexis,

I would highly recommend you invest $15 on a pop filter for your microphones. Your podcast quality will go up tremendously but make sure to keep it about 2 or 3″ from the microphone. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop_filter. Thank you so much for all your hard work. My life is greatly improved.

  • Cullen Richardson

Alexis, Dave said to let him know when neurofeedback was available for cheap. I have a Neuroptimal Pro that I am currently letting people use for free — the catch being that I’m in Pittsburgh. I also have an ARP Wave, Vibe Plate, Focus Brain Trainer, Lung Strength Trainer, EmWave, Neurophone…what else? If people want to come spend a week working on themselves, a cheap flight from New York, for instance, might make it worthwhile.

  • Luke

I hear the “30g protein limit” a lot. Martin Berkhan wrote an article on why that may not be the case – http://www.leangains.com/2010/10/top-ten-fasting-myths-debunked.html . Have you heard of any research that supports it? Thanks!

    Hi Dave,

Is the gang reflexes due to too much fat? I always have a gang reflex when ever I have way too much fat. an suggestion? Digestive enzyme perhaps, but what kind.

    Thanks you.

P.s just received you coffee its awsome!.. i am still slowly changing my diet to a bullet proff diet

  • Team Fun

    Hello Dave!

I am just listening to your eggs/butter/zen pod cast and heard your comments on how difficult it is to get grass fed butter in Canada. I live in Ontario, and I have just found a farm called Brooker’s Meat that has grass fed butter! You can check them out at http://www.brookersmeat.com/

If you go to the menu on the left of the home page, click on “About our Meat” and then click on “Grass fed Beef” you’ll see that they have butter produced from cows that are 100% grass fed! How cool is that!

I am planning to go to the farm and make some inquiries, and if I like what they have to say, I’m going to give their butter (and beef! ) a try.
Check it out and let us know what you think! Thanks Dave!

  • Hey Dave,

I’ve been eating 10/12 eggs a day for four months consecutively (February 9th). You didn’t specify a quantity in this podcast. I’m concerned however. Should I back off for egg intolerance?

My blood results are fine (so far)
