Keto Chocolate Shell Sauce – Homemade Magic Shell

Keto Chocolate Shell Sauce – Homemade Magic Shell

Chocolate shell recipe & content provided by Jordan Pie

This chocolate shell recipe closely mimics the classic Magic Shell sauce you can find in the grocery store. If you’ve never had it before, this sauce takes ice cream to a whole new level: Like magic, this liquid sauce hardens the moment it touches frosty ice cream and adds a little bit of sweet crunch to every bite.

The problem with store-bought Magic Shell is that it can contain inflammatory oils and milk additives, both of which won’t make you feel so good after eating them. This chocolate shell upgrades the original recipe with ingredients that make the same “magic” while nourishing your mind and body.

This keto, paleo, and vegan chocolate shell only requires four ingredients, and you don’t even need to refrigerate it. If you do store in the refrigerator, you’ll need to gently heat it in a small saucepan to create a liquid consistency again.

Once heated, pour your magical chocolate shell sauce over sweet treats like vanilla bean or cookie dough ice cream, egg-free chocolate coconut ice cream, magic fudge pops, or even keto smoothie bowls. (Pictured here: keto cookie ice cream sandwiches.)

It’s like magic! This keto chocolate shell recipe works just like the original Magic Shell and comes together in minutes (paleo-friendly).
