I think you will be BERRY happy to have this recipe now that the days are getting warmer. This berry sorbet is low in sugar but is sure to satisfy your taste buds. I always thought ice cream was my favorite summer treat, but this dairy-free keto sorbet is much better for my digestion and doesn’t give me a sugar crash. With minimal ingredients needed, it’s incredibly quick and easy to whip up this berry sorbet for yourself after a long day at work — or to share!

Keto Berry Sorbet

keto Berry Sorbet recipeStart to Finish: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blackberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

6 tablespoons Lemon FATwater, or filtered water

1 teaspoon MitoSweet, or stevia

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden.
  3. Serve with fresh berries on top, if desired.
