Strawberries & Cream Panna Cotta

Strawberries & Cream Panna Cotta

Panna cotta recipe & content provided by Jordan Pie

Panna Cotta is a cold Italian dessert that’s usually made with dairy and served with red fruit coulis. However, I wanted to make a dairy-free, low-carb option to make it more Bulletproof-friendly. This dessert contains some incredibly nourishing ingredients such as quality gelatin and collagen, which promotes better digestion[1] and skin health,[2] so you can feel even better about eating and serving a dessert like this.

This panna cotta recipe is relatively easy, it looks pretty and it’s sure to impress your loved ones. You need to wait for the strawberry layer to set before you can start the coconut layer, but other than that prep, the cooking time is minimal. I like to serve this dessert in a clear glass jar or cup so you can see all of the layers. You can also make it a day ahead of serving — just bring it out of the fridge 10-15 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
