These chocolate fat bombs taste like a rich, coconutty piece of German chocolate cake, all while packing every fudgy bite with healthy fats. With a few minutes and a quick blitz in your food processor, they make a mouthwatering keto and paleo snack with zero sugar or grains.

In addition to fat from Brain Octane and coconut milk, these chocolate fat bombs get even more benefits from raw cacao. German Chocolate Fat Bombs

Start to Finish: 20 minutes


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat canned coconut milk (BPA-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Brain Octane Oil or MCT oil


  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until consistency is doughy.
  2. Take a spoonful of dough and press it in between your palms to condense and form the it into a ball.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Note on ingredients: Except for coconut, all nuts are considered “suspect” on the Bulletproof Diet because of their high levels of omega-6 fats that can oxidize and contribute to inflammation.
