These chocolate fat bombs taste like a rich, coconutty piece of German chocolate cake, all while packing every fudgy bite with healthy fats. With a few minutes and a quick blitz in your food processor, they make a mouthwatering keto and paleo snack with zero sugar or grains.

German Chocolate Fat Bombs

Start to Finish: 20 minutes


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat canned coconut milk (BPA-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Brain Octane Oil or MCT oil


  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until consistency is doughy.
  2. Take a spoonful of dough and press it in between your palms to condense and form the it into a ball.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
