But who doesn’t want the occasional creamy, sweet treat? This Bulletproof version of your classic vanilla milkshake is so full of healthy fats and protein, you can even make this part of your Bulletproof breakfast or your post workout shake.

Bulletproof Vanilla Milkshake

  • 1 tsp.-1 tbsp. Brain Octane Oil (start with 1 tsp. Brain Octane and work your way up)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. almond or cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp. grass-fed whey protein
  • Stevia, xylitol, or monk fruit to taste (about 1 tsp.)
  • 1/3 cup filtered water
  • 3-4 ice cubes


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until creamy.
  2. Enjoy!
