Beef bone broth gets its gut-friendly and anti-inflammatory benefits from turmeric and the natural collagen in beef bones. Turmeric Beef Bone Broth

Start to Finish: 4-5 minutes


  • 1 cup beef bone broth (recipe here)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee
  • Pinch of chilli flakes, plus more to garnish (optional)
  • 1-2 teaspoons seaweed flakes (such as dulse or wakame)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brain Octane Oil
  • Fresh broccoli sprouts to garnish, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a very soft boil.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine.
  3. Pour into a mug and serve warm. Garnish with extra chili flakes and broccoli sprouts.
