3-Ingredient Keto Avocado Butter

3-Ingredient Keto Avocado Butter

Avocado butter recipe and content provided by Jordan Pie

Avocado butter is the stuff of keto dreams: It combines grass-fed butter (which makes everything taste better) with avocados to make a spreadable, life-altering topping. Best of all, it takes less than five minutes to make.

The best thing about avocado butter is its versatility — it goes more places than sliced avocado alone. You can serve it with raw veggies, melt it into mashed cauliflower, spread it onto cooked meats, or pair with gluten-free crackers and keto bread. It tastes mouthwatering with just a sprinkle of salt, but you can also blend in fresh herbs and anti-inflammatory spices for an extra flair. No matter how you enjoy it, you’ll collect all the benefits that both fats have to offer.
